Greetings,

In the table for Popular datasource class names the MySQL driver com.mysql.jdbc.jdbc2.optional.MysqlDataSource is labeled as "broken". With Connector/j 8.0 there is a driver com.mysql.cj.jdbc.MysqlConnectionPoolDataSource . Is it known whether or not this driver is also broken?

If it's not known, is there a particular test I can run to see if the problems are still there?
