Interest in JFR based metrics?

Hello

We are using JDK Flight Recorder [1] for much of our monitoring needs. We wrote an integration with HikariCP metrics [2] which we would be willing to contribute if there is interest. It would work on any OpenJDK based JVM but not on any others, eg. OpenJ9.
