I'THIQAAF must be EXACTLY on LAST 10 DAYS of RAMDHAAN

Assalaamu Alaikkum wa Rahmathullaahi wa Barakaathu hu

Authentic hadees advises Muslims to observe I'thiqaaf on LAST 10 days of Ramdhaan and  not always  from 21st day.

The Prophet

(sal

​lallaahu alaihi wa sallam​

) started it from the Fajr of 20th day during some years  or on 21st day in other years;  but completed EXACTLY 10 LAST days ; neither 9 nor 11.

It shows that one must  know at least 11 days in advance as to  when Ramdhaan ends. Is it not?

According to another authentic hadees the Prophet

​lallaahu alaihi wa sallam​

) informed  the sahaba (RA) 7 days in advance, about the duration of that particular Ramdhaan as of 29 days. In other words,  *the Eidul Fitre was announced 7 days in advance !!*

All these prove that if moon phases are observed everyday, throughput the year which was the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet

 in the first week itself anyone  can calculate the duration of a month. It, among other things, also helps one to observe I'thiqaaf EXACTLY for last  10 days in Randhaan. Subhaanallaah !!

All these also prove that it was not the practice of the Prophet

) to start the month after seeing the SETTING moon on the West.  Starting the day from Magrib & the month after seeing hilaal on western sky , are Jewish  traditions which were somehow cunningly introduced by enemies of Islam in order to mislead Muslims. 

The Prophet

​lallaahu alaihi wa sallam​

) started I'thiqaaf  at Fajr and ended it at Fajr on the Eid Day. This also proves that 24-hour period in Islam starts at Fajr and not from Magrib as believed & followed by the majority of Muslims.

All are requested to practice the Sunnah of observing all the phases of moon throughout the year in order to follow the correct calendar system which Almighty Allah has registered in His Kitaab on the very day of creation of heavens & earth (9:36). 

It goes without saying that it was this Calendar system which was followed by all Messengers (PBUT). How Tauheed preached by them (PBUT) was adulterated or corrupted the True calendar system followed by them (PBUT)  too got   mutilated.

During Hajjathul Wida on the Day of Sacrifice the Prophet (sal) informed all that on that day (Friday 10th Zul Hijjah) the time has returned to its original state as of the Day of creation.

We once again request all to study the subject more thoroughly and follow the True calendar. Following the True Calendar is an integral part of ZAALIKA DEENUL QAYYIM according to Noble Qur'aan.

This Ramdhaan has 30 days and those who intend to observe I'thiqaaf must start it from Fajr of Thursday which is the 21st day of Ramdhaan & Eidul Fitre is on Sunday (25th June) as per the moon phases which show the dates (2:189).


May Almighty  Allaah keep all of us in the Right Path. Aameen.
