Dear Brothers

Assalaamu Alaikkum wa Rahmathullaahi wa Barakaathu hu

The previous months
 -
 Rajab
 (one of the Sacred months)
 & Sha'baan were of 29 days
. But many went wrong in starting them.

Noble Qur'aan says in verse 2:18
4
 that the days of  Ramdhaan
fasting
are
 " Ayyaam
an
 mau
'
dhoodaat

(determined number of days) &
in 2:189 that
Ahillaah are the dates for mankind.

In this Ramdhaan till
 today (Monday)
 we have counted 2
5
 phases and
 can see 4 more
till Friday on which

Al urioonal qadeem

like phase referred in verse 36:39 will be seen; making the count of visible phases as 29. On Saturday which is the Day of Conjunction no waning moon will be seen with naked e
yes
from anywhere in the world. Hence this Ramdhaan has 30 days
which
start
ed
 on a Friday &
 must
end on a Saturday.

This duration
of THIRTY days
was decreed by Almighty Allah. No one can alter these Ayyaaman Mau'dhoodaat.  All Muslims throughout the world must fast on these

Ayyaam
an

Mau
'
dhoodaat.

Saudi & many other countries started this Ramdhaan on Saturday which was the second day as per moon-phases. Many others starred fasting from Sunday !!

All are requested to atl
e
as
t
desist from fasting on Sunday ( 25th June) which is the Day of Eidul Fitre.

Those who have started this Ramdhaan on Saturday / Sunday must repent, seek forgiveness from Almighty Allah and must compensate with fasting  for lost days after celebrating Eid on Sunday.

Fasting for lost days are now mandatory on them as per Sharia and non
-
compliance with Sharia amounts to disobeying Almighty Allah & His Messenger ( sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam)
.
NAUDHUBILLAAH !!

Saudi Arabia's criterion to consider the sett
i
ng time difference of Sun & Moon at Makkah, on Day of Conjunction, makes them start
 many months on
wrong days.  They do not realise  that even when Makkah attains
Magrib
,

the Universal Day was not yet over and Muslims of  nearly half the world has not yet
prayed
their Asr prayer.

Saudis also do
 not
 realise that

on  the Day of Conjunction
,
somewhere or at many places in the world
,
the Moon will be setting only a
ft
t
er the setting of
Sun
; thereby Hil
aa
l gets established or born before the end of the Day of Conjunction.  Hence, starting the new month from the Fajre of the following day is correct as per Sharia.

In our earlier mail we
have
informed all that on Thursday 29th of Sha'b
a
an (25th May) at many places Moon set was after the setting of Sun and
 hence,
 Ramdhaa
n must
start from Fajre of  Friday.  But Saudi authorities did not take heed
of  the truth
and started Ramdhaa
n
 wrongly
from
 Saturday.

The Saudis always started the new month on the correct days till 1420 H while they were following the Original Ummul Qurrah Calendar. We request them to switch back to this correct

ca
lender which has dates tallying with moon-phases
,
as directed by Noble Qur'aan verse 2:189.

The Eidul Fitre 1438 is on Sunday (25th June) for all Muslims throughout the world and NO ONE must fast on Eid Day  as
it is HARAAM.

M
ay Almighty Allaah forgive all our sins and provide all of us with a place in Jannathul  Firdouse along with our mates, parents and off-springs. Aameen

With Dua & Salaam
