ಹಿಂದೆ ಋಷಿಗಳು, ಸಂತರು ಲೋಕ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಕೆಲವೊಮ್ಮೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡುವ ವರಗಳು ತಮಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆ ಆಗಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಸ್ವರ್ಗಾಧಿಪತಿ ಇಂದ್ರ ಮತ್ತು ಅವನ ಪರಿವಾರ ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ತಪೋ ಭಂಗ ಮಾಡಲು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ..ಸೋತಿದ್ದು ಉಂಟು.. ಗೆದಿದ್ದು ಉಂಟು.

ಇವನ ಭೇಟಿಯಾದದ್ದು ಜೂನ್ ೧೯೮೪ ರಲ್ಲಿ. ಇಂದಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು ಮೂವತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಕಳೆದವು. ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ೧೯೮೮ ರಿಂದ ಒಂದೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಐದು ದೇಹಗಳು ಎನ್ನುವಹಾಗೆ ನಾವು ಐವರು ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಇವನಿಗೆ ಕೋಪ ಬರಿಸಬಹುದು, ಕೊಪಬಂದರೆ ಹೇಗೆ ಇರುತ್ತಾನೆ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹಂಬಲ ನನ್ನದು ಮತ್ತು ವೆಂಕಿಯದು.. ಹಲವಾರು ಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಿ ಸೋತು ಸುಣ್ಣ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ತಾಳ್ಮೆ ಅಂದರೆ ಇವನೇ..ಇವನು ಕೋಪ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಅಂದ್ರೆ... ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಗಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಲೇಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನುವಷ್ಟು ಅಪರಾಧ ಮಾಡಿರಲೇಬೇಕು.. ಆದರೆ ಇವ ಅಂದಿಗೂ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯ ಪರ್ವತ ಇಂದಿಗೂ ತಾಳ್ಮೆಯ ಪರ್ವತ.

ನಾವು ಪಂಚ ಪಾಂಡವರು.. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಇವನು ಧರ್ಮರಾಯನ ಹಾಗೆ.. ಕೋಪ ಎಂಬುದು ಸುಳಿಯುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.. ಅಂಥಹ ದೇವರ ವರ ನಮಗೆ ಇವನು.

ಇವನೇ ನನ್ನ ಜೀವದ ಗೆಳೆಯ ಶಶಿ..

ಶಶಿ ಹುಟ್ಟು ಹಬ್ಬದ ಶುಭಾಶಯಗಳು !!!

Huttu habbada shibhashayagalu.

True that without Shashi is like a big brother in our group without which we wouldn't have such a great child and adulthood. Bring back so many memories of group staying back at his home, unforgettable plays oh so much go on.
