Hi,

I am current trying to build APC for my php-5.2.8 with fpm patch , but
i found that if i load apc.so in php.ini , my nginx would throw "502
Bad Gateway" . And then i use 'ps aux|grep php-cgi', i found php-cgi
was running . When i comment my apc settings in php.ini and restarted
php-fpm , the 502 error was disappeared.

Some thing else: i used php-fpm-0.5.10 with patch 0.5.10.1

Regards, Pysche

when you have php-fpm + apc enabled does it instantly crash? or does
it take a bit?

the instance can startup and run , but when i visit some php file with
browser, my nginx server would throw 502 error. When i comment my apc
settings and restart php-fpm, the 502 errors disppeared.

is there anything in any logfiles?

i was thinking perhaps it was working for a short bit and dying, and
when you restarted without apc it just felt like it was apc to blame.
dunno.

andrei might have to chime in. he knows the real technical details.
i've never had problems with apc and php-fpm myself.

when i load apc and met 502 error, i found both nginx's error log and
php-fpm's log was empty.

it's odd that when i load both eaccelerator and apc , the 502 error
disppeared. when i only load apc again, the error appeared again ...
