Attached are flyers for various programs funded by The Fellowes
Athenaeum Trust Fund of the Boston Public Library for programs at the Roxbury
Branch.
They are:
Take Back the Kitchen
Classes
– one series for
Families, one series for Seniors
Take the A Train Flyer:
About the Artist of the Harlem Renaissance (hands on activities
including a recording opportunity for kids ages 6-10)
Comics Camp Roxbury – during April vacation
week (for Tweens)
Movers and Makers – Playful movement,
games, and art creation (For Families and Older Adults)
Play Songs & Games and a rescheduled Voices
of Black Madonna presented by Castle of Our Skins – two programs for kids/families
Makanda Project Concert featuring Charles
Tolliver - Adults
Reproductive Health
Empowerment Series
(final session, Healthy Aging) - Adults
All programs are free. Some require
registration. Everything is detailed in the flyers.
There are other programs that will be added late winter and spring.
