Description
The Highlander Rugby Football Club (HRFC), an incorporated not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1983, as the Westmoreland Rugby Football Club and moved to the Greater Pittsburgh area in 1994. The HRFC is a division III men's club, and is a member of the Allegheny Rugby Union.
