Dear Eng. Ngirwa and Mr. H. Isango.

Contractor has submitted the MASTER PROGRAMME OF WORKS for above named
project (copy attached). We have gone through the same and to our
opinion it okay for implementaion. However, the Contractor will have
to the submit the breakdown of each activity in the master programme
of works.

We are therefore hereby requesting your approval or comments, if any.
