Mwabulambo and all concerning parties go through the blind contract to be signed upon filling page by page on Saturday with SUMA JKT and ArchDesign(consultants). I sent the other to Ngirwa for him and technical team to advice me as well; whoever has concern anywhere we have 48 hrs to rectify
