Taffee Pullers stretch long strings at the "Red Bouyant" sculpture.
That's the big red curvy thing across from the Inner Harbor. It will
be strictly bubblegum pop - and you can have all the saltwater
espresso latte taffee or polynesian rum margaritta tafffe that you
