Short of a deluge, Taffee Pullers will stretch long strings at the
"Red Bouyant" sculpture. That's the big red curvy thing across from
the Inner Harbor. Due to the delay we are adding a chocolate fountain.
The duo will play strictly bubblegum pop - and you can have all the
saltwater espresso latte taffee or polynesian rum margaritta tafffe
that you want. Get your hopes up!
