Jinxers,
There are two known and many unknown highjinx, tomorrow. I am here to make you aware of the ones we know about.
(I write this message with the echoes a neighborhood drumline beating through the streets. A few hours ago, there were three drumlines all on Ilchester playing simultaneously. It looks like Baltimore doesn't need our help organizing experimental music--but, just in case...)

High Jinx
4:00 Jericho
Clifton Park Valve House
2891 Harford Rd
Participants will recreate the battle of Jericho at which the Israelites marched silently around the walls of Jericho six times. Encircling the city a seventh time, they let forth a blast of trumpets and a loud cry and the walls of Jericho fell. We will do this with whatever loud instruments or voices we can bring to the historic valve house at Lake Clifton, the dilapidated octagonal structure at the entrance to the highschool.
4:30 Eastside Castle Panorama
Baltimore City College (off The Alameda)
3256 Loch Raven Blvd
From high on a hill stands a stone
structure, and a group of musicians playing loudly out over the
panoramic view of east Baltimore. The goal is to be heard as far away
as the Natty Boh tower in Canton. Are you up to the challenge?
I hope to see you at some high jinx this week. For this week's calendar, please visit:
