You can now post your suggestions using the web form at the High Zero
website.

There are already six highjinx posted that need your participation.
In particular, I want to encourage people to bring your marching
instruments to the Free Music Parade, Thursday, September 10, 4pm –
5pm, in Fells Point--park on East Thames St. past the Daily Grind
(around the corner to the right). This is a yearly tradition. We
meet in the park on the east side of Fells Point and march through the
streets (and stores). Costumes are also becoming a major part of the
parade.

I also want to plug my two east Baltimore, Sunday September 6
highjinx. I need participants for a 4:00 reenactment of the battle of
Jericho where we attempt to make the ancient looking Lake Clifton
Valve house collapse with a loud cry. The same people are welcome to
join me at 4:30 of the same day, nearby, at Baltimore City College
(the castle on the hill) that has a wonderful panoramic view of East
Baltimore. There we will attempt to make sound that will travel all
the way to the Natty Boh tower in Canton.
