Change is one of the most difficult things in the world to manage.
Wayne Cordeiro has stated that people will only change when their pain
to change is less than the pain of staying the same. As leaders, we
have to start with a compelling reason to change (vision) and
communicate it well to key stakeholders (both official and unofficial
authority figures) in the church. It is only then that we can shift
the pain to change less than the current pain. Feel free to share
some examples/stories about when you did this successfully and/or
unsuccessfully and what the outcome was.
