Being Relevant without Becoming Watered Down

There is a great fear that in order to grow as a successful church, we
have to water down our approach and not remain as spiritually deep as
our predecessors were. In reality, we need to offer varying levels of
spiritual depth to those in different phases of their Christian walk.
We would never feed our 3 month old a steak ot try to fill our
teenager up with baby food. We give them what they need. The tricky
part is figuring out when and how each level is administered. We can
segment our weekly services by maturity level. The broadest, largest
service may have to contain the most "milk" and custom classes or
small groups may have to offer the toughest "beef." Your thought?
