The 7000 managed industrial Ethernet switches are housed in metal enclosures and feature -40 to 85C operating temperatures. With UL Class I, Div. 2 listing, CE, EN50155 and ABS certifications, these switches are built to last in the most demanding environments.

IAQ 7000 is a durable, flexible and moisture resistant penetrating coating for duct insulation in residential, commercial or industrial facilities. IAQ 7000 resists mold growth* on the coating surface and can be used as a post-cleaning lockdown of inanimate residual particulates, such as fiberglass, dust and dirt.
Prior to application, mix thoroughly to achieve a uniform consistency. Apply IAQ 7000 to all surfaces by brush or airless spray. Application rate will vary depending on porosity of the insulation. Apply one coat by airless spray, or two coats by brush. Porous surfaces may require additional coats. Ensure that surfaces are completely sealed. Circulate fresh air through the HVAC system to help dry the coating. Exhaust air outside the building. IAQ 7000 can be applied using HVAC robotic spray applicators (contact Fiberlock for more information).
Store in a dry place at temperatures between 40F (4.5C) and 90F. (32C). Stir thoroughly. Do not mix with any other coatings, solvents or colors in oil. The IAQ 7000 coating is resistant to mold only on the surface of the coating. No mold resistance claim is made other than to the coating itself. The use of this product does not protect users or others against food-borne or disease-causing bacteria, viruses, germs or other disease-causing organisms. Do not apply when air or surface temperature is below 50F, or when drying conditions are poor or when surfaces are above a 15% moisture level content. Use adequate ventilation during application. When applying with a sprayer, wear a NIOSH approved respirator with any R, P, N or HE filter. For interior use only. Check with local building code enforcement authority for any additional requirements.

The DV-7000 Heli-Flow Pump is available in a luer- or footed-needle design with interchangeable cartridges, allowing each pump to work with several different fluid types. The DV-7000 has a hardened auger for use with filled epoxy materials and features a high flow rate.
Footed needle cartridges feature an accurate and consistent gap between the needle tip and the foot. The foot contacts the board, and the gap ensures that the pump dispenses fluid at a programmable distance from the board surface and compensates for variations in the board's surface, providing fast small-dot dispensing. Typical applications include solder paste, silver epoxy, and dispensing small-dot surface mount adhesives.
Luer-lock needle cartridges use the needle with a height sensor to set the gap between the board surface and needle tip, and is ideal for applications when the needle can't touch the board. Applications include dam writing, area fills, glob top, and lid seal.
The quick-release cartridge design of the DV-7000 makes cleaning easy. Simply press the quick-release lever to remove the needle and cartridge. No tools are required. To use a different fluid type, simply change the cartridge, needle, and disposable fluid line.
Nordson ASYMTEK's other auger pumps - the DV-8000/DV-8000C with their fixed-head design - are ideal for high flow rate encapsulation and lid seal applications. The DV-7000 pump is interchangeable with DV-8000/DV-8000C cartridges, although only the DV-7000 can use footed cartridges.
