Good morning,
I would recommend to anyone looking for lowcost therapy to check out and see if there are any postmasters programs in the area. For example, in my area, we have the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. You can often find already licensed and seasoned clinicians who need training cases in these programs and do a REALLY sliding scale (i.e. the same as or lower than an insurance copay in many instances).
