Collapse a Z stack?

Hello everyone,

I took some confocal images but chose not to collapse the Z-stack as
the output function. Does anyone know how to collapse the stack after
acquiring? I can't find any reference in the manual and BD Tech
support is taking there sweet time answering my question.

Open the stack, go to the Analyze menu, choose "Collapse Stack", Save.
