I've read through these forums about the RLP-1006 error and I see ROKU is saying it's Spectrum, but when I check, the ROKU device is the problem. I have to unplug the ROKU device from the power source (hard reboot) and voila! My Spectrum TV is back.
So ROKU folks, I am asking you to investigate. We just just dumped all our of cable boxes because ROKU was recommended but if this is what we can expect with our ROKU devices, we can chuck those just as fast.
Please do some due diligence and vehemently investigate why the 2021 4k receivers are, for no apparent reason, popping the RLP-1006 error and ONLY resolved after powering off/on the ROKU receivers.
The "Auto power savings" item under "Settings > System > Power" on newer Roku models will put your Roku device into a low power standby condition after a 20 minute period of inactivity in which nothing has been streaming and no user interaction has been received, such as when your TV is off. In this state its connection to your home network is not active.
Pressing a Roku control key (like the Home button) on your Roku remote (not Power, Volume, or Mute buttons, if your remote has them, as they act on the TV, not the Roku) should bring the Roku out of standby and back to full operation. Pulling the power for a few seconds to restart the Roku will restore full operation as well.
If this is the cause of your problem and you disable "Settings > System > Power > Auto power savings > After 20 minutes of no interaction" it should prevent your Roku from going into standby in the first place. The power savings are very small and for the hassle it causes most users, I don't think it's worth having this feature activated.

Ok thanks, I will give that a try. This doesn't happen on all ROKU's either, just this one in my office. As I said, it was definitely not Spectrum, it was only happening here. Now that I think about it, we didn't turn off that auto power after 20 mins on the other ones, it hasn't had that RLP error either.

xman1 you could file a bug on the arch bug tracker against nss / p11-kit asking for the workaround for _bug.cgi?id=66161 to be removed as it is no longer needed and resolves the issue
or you could file a bug on the arch bug tracker against firefox for the failing certificate detection.

A few days ago I tried it with level=1 and ddg as the homepage in a new profile and got no errors. I didn't use it again until now. On the first start today I got an HSTS error and accidentally reloaded without reading the complete error message. Now I can't get it to show up, even if I set the cert pinning level to 2.
Oh, by the way after I got the error, "security.pki.mitm_canary_issuer" was set to "DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA" even after the ddg reloaded sucessfully. "security.pki.mitm_detected" was "false" after the reload. I restarted a few times with the canary issuer set without problems, then reset it to the empty string and everything is still working fine.
