Dear Resident

Kobus Snell is a known informal worker in Highbury

He will be removing the weeds at the Highbury/Belhar Road  Traffic circle and adjacent spaces every Monday.

It is requested that residents contribute to his personal needs,be it in the form of financial,  personal, which may include clothing and toiletries,

food, candles ect.

It is requested that residents at the other circle identify individuals to maintain the other circles and ensure the sustainability there of.

We trust that we can depend on the support of the community in this endeavour.
