[Highbury Foundation Kuils River]

Dear Resident

Residents are requested to fimiliarise themselves with the notice of  proposed development opposite Bardale village which is primarily designed as a serviced site, i.e. occupants can erect their own dwelling on the site.

 There is a move away from providing the BNG ( RDP) houses as it has been found not to be sustainable.

Not sure if some of the persons living on the railway tracks will be accommodated at this development.
