Hi,

I’m sending you an announcement about the next West Seattle Meaningful Movie—because you’ve expressed an interest, or I think you might be interested.

The movies are on the first Saturday evening of each month, at Neighborhood House at High Point.

Just let me know if you’d rather not get a notice about them.

Thanks!

Lisa

On Saturday, December 7, at 7:00 PM, West Seattle Meaningful Movies presents two films about coal:

"DIRTY COAL: THE TOXIC ADDICTION"  exposes the historic pursuit of wealth from coal and the worldwide addiction to burning coal for electricity.

“NO COAL IN THE NORTHWEST” (produced by the Sierra Club’s Power Past Coal project) is a short film about the shipment of coal by train from Montana to ports on the Washington coast.

Guest speaker: Robin Everett, Sierra Club organizer and representative
