I recently brewed an English Pale with Amarillo hops and would love to try someone else's attempt at it. Mine is quite good, but the flavor could be cleaner with lower fermentation temps. Here's the recipe if you're interested. Like I said, I'm impressed with the way this turned out and would like to try someone else's if they made it. I plan to make this again in a month or so and every other month after that if it turns out as well.
8 lbs Maris Otter
.5 lbs English medium crystal (55L)
.5 lbs wildflower honey
1 oz Amarillo (35 min)
Coopers dry yeast or Munton's Premium Gold dry yeast (or both)
Mash at 152, sparge for enough for a 60 minute boil.
Two weeks primary then keg/bottle.
OG: about 1.054
FG: about 1.012
Cheers,
