Thursday Night co-op beer social - need some brew

If you want to donate some of your delicious handcrafted brew for distribution at the meeting this Thursday night, please let me know.  I also really hope you plan to attend and can assist in setting up and/or serving some beer to the fine folks of Amarillo.

And if you want to be on the co-op steering committee, bring your completed application with you Thursday.  Hope to see a big contingent of Draughters there!

That's a tough one.  At least 25?  Maybe as many as 40 or 50?  I have only a very rough idea.

How did you sour it? Or was it unintentional?  Mine is still tasting pretty clean.

Mine is sour, too.  Quite unintentional but not unpleasant.  I don't know how Michael managed to keep his clean, but I blame/thank Brian for my sour RIS!
