Meeting Notes

Great meeting this month. Plans made for Teach a freind to Homebrew day up at Amarillo Brewing Supply on November 2nd. If you have questions contact Shiloh or myself. Would like to have a few brewers brewing to show new brewers our "art".

I have also been looking for another location for our winter meetings especially as our Mariposa location is unheated. Had a conversation last week with the owner of I Don't Know Sports Bar on 6th st. He was open to allowing us to have a meeting at the pub. If you didn't know about this place it just opened and is working on opening up all 100 taps. About 35 or so right now. Us involved with opening up Yellow City Brewpub are having our event there on the 24th and serving our beers at the event. Pending it working our fine for us serving there it should be a great location to have meetings. There is more but lets start the conversation here about it. 

From what I didn't discuss on Facebook unitl Dennis can chime in with his family buyin on hosting.  It looks like me might have a location for Novemberfest.  Once we have that nailed lets start briniging our ideas on what we can bring and do for this event.  Brian, I've got a few recipes for knockwurst and Bratwurst to work up for this event.  I've got the grinders and you have the sausage stuffer.  Any dates work better for you?

Novemberfest/Festivus. Looks like we have a conflict with Nov 9th for the party. What is everyones vote for a better day? Nov10th (Sun) or Nov16th (Sat).
