The blonde ale I brewed on 12/21 with 100% pilsen malt and cluster and WGV hops has finished, went from 1.049 to 1.010 with US-05.  It fermented at about 64-65 F and the fermentation was a lot slower than I've experienced before.  Took about 7-8 days to finish evident fermentation.  Just tasted this and the flavor is bready and citrus-zesty and quite smooth.  Looking forward to kegging this for the January 19th Yellow City Beer Social.  Come out and try it, 2:00 p.m at I Don't Know Sports Bar & Grill.

Cheers,
