Sorry but getting notice at 9:46 a.m. of a meeting happening at 11:30 a.m. doesn't give me enough time to get there, even if I wanted to do so.

Everyone else had two weeks notice, but I saved yours until this morning!!

Hope this finds you and Shelby well. We had a good meeting, not much to report, we plan to go forward with both the Farmers' Market and the Community Garden. The 5 or 6 of us that regularly work at the garden enjoy it and feel it is both good for the community and the fellowship that we share is something none of us want to give up so we soldier on. You would be a welcomed addition to the group when you are in town.

I'm glad everyone else had two weeks notice because it would seem when calling an annual meeting of a group you would want to us the group's email.
But that's just me.
