Hello All,
On Weds. AM I harvested and delivered the following estimated amounts to the Life Boat Food Pantry in Salvo:
3 - 4 lbs of collard greens
2 -3 lbs of kale
1-2 lbs of mixed salad greens which included spinach
A very nice man named Wade, was running the pantry. It opens at 8:30AM on Weds. and noon on Sundays. His number is: 252-489-0306.
He offered to have a volunteer come to Avon to pick up what we harvest in the future.
