I stopped by the CG to check on things today and low and behold the cucumbers have sprouted; just 4 days after planting. I watered even though we got a light shower in Avon this AM. No damage yet from predators and the tomato plants are doing fine also.
We are back on schedule with Conner's Market for their spoiled produce for the composting operation. I picked up three large containers on Sunday. They say it should be a twice a week activity. We should have some good compost to top dress the garden in a month or so. Bin #2 is well on its way.
