We are delaying garden work scheduled for today until tomorrow at 9:00 am. Hope you can join us to lay out the summer garden.

Rick A.
I your layout of the summer garden may I suggest that you incorporate a plan that somehow leaves some of the winter plants in place - just to see what happens if nothing else.
I was surprised that the few green leafed plants that were in the white boxes from the previous winter (I think they were collards) perked up and were good producers this past winter.
Maybe you move some of the plants to a white box or two that isn't being used.
Just a thought.

Thanks Rick.

I think that is what is going to happen. The rows with greens are not coming out for a while because they are still producing. The spinach is just starting to rally. The boxes are to be herbs and bush beans in our plan. We are going to save any plants in them we can. Those collards did rock!

Check in if you are coming around Hatteras.
