Hieroglyph 1.0 released

Just wanted to give those on the list a heads up that I shipped a new release of Hieroglyph last week. This has the distinction of being labeled "1.0", although that's more a reflection of adopting semantic versioning rather than an indication of completeness, etc.

The major change is that 1.0 supports Sphinx 1.5 and 1.6. Thanks to folks in the community for spearheading those fixes.
