ThanksI downloaded this manual, but had a terrible time printing it as it looks like its been patched together from different sections and the printer would always stop at various sections... How did you put this manual together?

As it turns out there are quite a few pages missing from this PDF and a handful of pages are out of order... Haven't been able to find a complete manual anywhere else, so I paid the big bucks and ordered a new service manual online...

I have downloaded various free manuals for bikes off the web. They are usually scanned from hardcopies and the quality of the pictures and exploded diagrams are crap and they are not searchable and are difficult to navigate in pdf viewers. You can pick up genuine honda service manuals fairly cheap off ebay. Clymer manuals can also often be had 2nd hand. Call me old-school but I reckon they are worth the $ I like having both the factory and clymer manuals as sometimes the factory ones are a little brief on details and I can double check stuff from another source. Chuck on here is like a walking xr200 manual who also helps fill in any gaps!!!
