to mo-vis HID Joystick

Hi, im currently trying to use the configuration software im not getting any COM devices in the software or device manager. The Joystick is working, it is able to move the mouse. The software is being run as administrator.

upon reading the documentation i've taken note of a note "To configure the parameters of the device, you need dealer level access.
This level is password-protected. Contact mo-vis to obtain the password." would this have anything to do with my issue having only user access?

i have figured it out turns out i missed the note about holding a button for between 5 and 10 seconds
