Permaculture Garden Tour & Open House This Sunday

This Sunday, August 21st Beekeeper Bill Blackburn is hosting an
educational tour of his amazing hi-desert garden and open house tour
of his house just listed for sale. Don't miss this great event. Bill
is an avid permaculturist and organic gardener who's had great success
creating a diverse and abundant desert garden at his 2 1/2 acre
property near the national park entrance in 29 Palms. A master of
mulching and vermiculture, Bill transformed his gravelly sandy grounds
around his house into a lush desert oasis, succesfully growing a
diverse garden including peaches, apricots, pomegranates, almonds,
grapes, citrus, dates, goji berries, pineapple, ginger, canna, and
vegetables and herbs galore. All without growshacks or even a single
fence.

We will be meeting at Bill's house at 5:00pm for an approximately 1
hour guided educational tour of his garden and house:
