MMLL

The Mid-Missouri Lacrosse League (for grades 3 – 8) is winding down their season this week. If anyone (players or parents) from the Hickman Lacrosse club would like to stop by their practice or game day to offer a word of encouragement for high school lacrosse they would appreciate it. They practice this week on Tuesday and Thursday from 6-7:30 p.m. on Cosmo Park field C-6 (same as last year) and the older boys’ last Sunday game is on May 22 at 1 p.m. at Cosmo Park field FB/Lax 5. Their last game will be on May 24.

Gold Rush

Missouri Gold Rush, in partnership with Missouri Rush, is presenting a new opportunity this summer in St. Charles County for the lacrosse athlete looking to increase their skills, their game awareness, and their visibility to college coaches across the country. They provide a highly certified staff with a hyper-focused initiative to develop the student-athlete using first-class facilities and coaching to help each athlete increase their exposure as well as grow as a player. By providing a detail-based coaching strategy using a lacrosse-specific curriculum coupled with their certified coaches they aim to improve a player’s “Lacrosse IQ”, Fundamentals, Situational Awareness, and Confidence. By attending travel tournaments, utilizing our college coaching network and recruitment opportunities via video, tournaments, and recruiting classes they hope to give players a leg up on the competition when it comes time to choosing a college that academically and athletically fits his needs. Try out date is June 7. More information at http://www.morushlacrosse.com/gold-rush.
