We’ve decided to cancel next weekend’s game at Francis Howell, so today’s games will wrap up our season. It was great to see four different players (Jake, Oliver, Brodie and Ian) score in our final game. Lots of good face-offs today, countless saves by our goalie Benton and good effort by all of our players going up against some solid varsity teams with a lot of experienced upperclassmen and deep benches.

 

We’re planning our end-of-year meeting on Monday, May 23. This is when all players will need to turn in uniforms and helmets if rented. This meeting typically involves a potluck meal or dessert of some sort, along with player recognitions and the election of a new board.  Location and more details will come later. If you’re willing to serve in some capacity on the board please email me at fko...@moumethodist.org. I’ll send out an email within the next few days with the meeting date and location.
