trans G1-G2 contacts in allele specific mode

Hi,

I am a new user of HiC-pro and I am particularly interested in the allele specific module.

I could generate the G1 and G2 maps of a genome part, however I could not get the map of the trans contacts between G1-G2. Is it possible to generate the maps of the trans contacts ? if yes could you help me generate it?
