Merge of technical replicates

Hi,

Is there a way in HiC-Pro to merge technical replicates?

For instance I am analysing already published data that have separate runs from 2 up to 34 runs (separate SRR accessions).

Do you advise the merging of the data to be done before feeding it to HiC-Pro or afterwards?
