License install issues

[Harvey]

Hi, I received the license keys from our purchaser and I'm trying to
use them with my existing install (originally a trial), but despite
trying both files given to me and saving the text of the XML in a new
file I'm unable to get it to work. It keeps giving me invalid license
key.

Any suggestions?
