MySQL 5.6 memcache plugin with hibernate

Hi,

Has anyone integrated hibernate with MySQL new NoSQL feature in MySQL version 5.6 which uses the memcache interface.

I dont really know where to start with using this. Does hibernate support this with just configuration changes, or is this plug in required?

If you have used it, what about performance is this feature any good?
