I have posted the training materials from a iHRIS Developers training
course here:

These materials were developed with a view towards eventual being
tuned into HIBBs
modules. In addition to materials specific to the iHRIS software,
there are more general
topics related to software development such as Use Cases, and using a
version control system.

The workshop was co-led by myself and Dr. Juma Lungo from the Univ. of
Dar es Salaam
