1\ Fleet Manager

Qualification & Requirement :

·         University Graduate in Mathematics and English as main subjects.

·         Held a higher National Diploma in Transport & Logistics.

·         Held the position of Traffic Officer, or similar job in a Company / NGO with at least 2 years’ experience gained in the relevant field.

·         Holder of a valid, clean driving license in accordance with the vehicle category assigned to drive in accordance with National Regulations.

·         Two years minimum experience preferably 5 years gained in the relevant driver license category.

·         Supervisory skills, good coordination and communication skills, proactive and takes own initiative with limited oversight from immediate supervisor.

·         Good working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft MS Office Suite.

·         Proficient in the use of a computerized Fleet Management System (FMS).

·         Excellent command of the Arabic & English Language, both spoken and written.

 

 

 

Duties & Responsibility :

 

·         Provide oversight to the fuel issuance and suggest enhancement of controls of fuel disbursement for vehicles

·         Monitor Vehicle Movement & Maintenance and Respond to all repair queries received from the different drivers / Sub Offices and advise Admin / Workshop / Management accordingly.

·         Ensure the day to day maintenance of the assigned vehicles, check vehicles due services and arrange for other repairs at the workshop by creating Job Cards and sending them to the Workshop.

·         Prepare Weekly / Monthly and Annual Vehicle Maintenance reports.

·         Ensure that vehicles are ready for travel to the field missions.

·         Prepare Drivers, Shuttle Buses & vehicles monthly allocation and submit to Fleet Manager for review.

·         Responsible for accurate maintenance of the vehicle log books, and daily reporting to the supervisor on mechanical status to ensure efficient vehicle use and fuel consumption supporting accurate accounting and cost-efficiency.

·         Efficiently plan and coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure vehicles are fully equipped with required travel authorizations and supplies, assigned equipment on board is in a good condition to support safe and efficient services.

·         Follow established rules and regulations for field deliveries and/or in cases of an accident, and report immediately to the supervisor on any apparent problems, to seek for instructions and facilitate informative decisions on the way forward.

·         Perform basic office related tasks such as filing, archiving and other bills, to ensure administrative support to clients.

·         Fuel consumption Report verification and finalize Report

·         Plan and assign the routes and schedules for other Drivers, to support efficient transport-related services for clients. Monitor vehicles movement with GPS System.

·         Send Monthly Private Use + Shuttle Charges Report to Finance Unit

·         Maintain files for each vehicle that will contain the vehicle’s history such as: registration insurance and other related documents.

 

 

2\ Data Analyst

 

General description:

·         Enter data and produce reports in an established database system and to ensure that the integrity and accuracy of data entered is in accordance with the policies/procedures & normative guidelines as set by UN Agency

 

 

Qualification & Requirement:

·         Completed “A” Levels in Mathematics and English as main subjects.

·         Higher diploma in Computer Science/Statistics or equivalent.

·         Held a position of Data Clerk or similar job in a company/NGO with at least two years’ experience gained in the relevant field.

·         Good working knowledge and experience working with Microsoft MS Office Suite.

·         Comprehensive understanding and good working knowledge with Microsoft Access (Relational Database Management System).

·         Good working knowledge with Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer.

·         Experience gained working in a Local Area Network environment and performed administrative duties relating to network management considered to be an asset although not a requirement.

·         Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken is mandatory. Performance criteria: Ensure that all relevant documents and data are entered into the system and produce the required reports on a timely basis.

·         Ensure that any data/information or reports requested are promptly provided and expedited in an efficient manner.

·         Send/receive data transmissions (replications) on a daily basis as set by the immediate supervisor.

·         Perform daily backup of the system and send them to RO.
