Job Description:
· Managing local and international accounts and carrying recruitment activities including receiving recruitment requests, coordinating with marketing department the advertisement process, screening CVs, building shortlists and pre interviewing shortlisted candidates, making selections and recommendations for higher management or client, scheduling final interviews for management or client, liaising professionally with different department including outsourcing, marketing, and finance department for the smooth flow of business operations.
Qualification Requirement :
· BSc in business administration or any relevant field.
· 1 – 3 Years of Recruitment experience – since recruiting assistants are in charge of hiring staff, they should be familiar with interviews, on boarding, and training processes.
· Customer service – recruiting assistants greet interviewees and answer phone calls and emails, offering a high level of customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for applicants.
