1\ Facility Specialist
Qualifications & Requirement :
· BSC/Diploma. Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
· 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management or Customer Services.
· Good spoken English.
· Knowledge of MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Time Management.
· Customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Oracle, AUX, ERP is preferable.
Duties & Responsibilities :
· Coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, associate equipment’s and maintain the building systems in terms of waste management.
· Schedules and ensures the completion of prevention maintenance.
· Ensure the usage of supplies and equipment for the facility.
· Assist in the compliance of the facility with Environmental Health & Safety regulations.
· Find ways to manage facilities through minimizing costs and improve efficiency & productivity.
· Monitor the inventory of office supplies and stationery in coordination with the Line Manager, in order to ensure an adequate supply & stationery.
· Review data on past and current maintenance performance; prepare and maintain records and reports; prepare and validate requirements for facility improvements and repairs.
· Report any maintenance related to the factory and advise a particular department (Utility department).
· Respond to staff inquiries and resolve complaints in an effective time and manner to ensure satisfaction.
· Responsible for managing the canteen factory and close follow up with the supplier or service provider.
· Follow up cleaning service in the factory and report any issue related to cleaning in alignment with the E.H.S department.
2\ Fleet Specialist
Qualifications & Requirement :
· Diploma. Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or any relevant field.
· 2 years’ experience in Fleet Management or logistics.
· Good spoken English.
· Knowledge of MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access software.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Time Management.
· Customer service skills.
· Fleet Management.
· Logistics Management.
· Knowledge of Oracle, AUX, ERP is preferable.
Duties & Responsibilities :
· Establish computerized reports on fuel, parts, and labor expenses.
· Determine type and extent of repairs required, and schedule repair of components, considering time requirements and vehicle downtime.
· Review data on past and current maintenance performance; prepare and maintain records and reports; prepare and validate requirements for fleet improvements and repairs.
· Ensure that all drivers procure the licenses and permits they need to legally carry loads to work destinations.
· Ensure preventive maintenance programs are carried out as per schedule and monitor post repair performance
· Respond to staff inquiries and resolve complaints in an effective time and manner to ensure satisfaction.
· Follow-up on the compliance of license expiration and complying with the local government and Company regulations
· Manage out the refilling of generators and all factory vehicles.
· Responsible for filling the factory diesel tanker under EHS team supervision.
· Responsible for scheduling factory drivers & cars on daily bases.
· Responsible for all cars cleaning in the factory.
· Following up employees’ shuttles & adding the new employees.
· Following up traveling schedule from Madani to Khartoum.
· Reporting any maintenance / issues arises to the line manager.
· Perform any other related tasks as required
