"Hi-fi cast" access remote via Smart VPN.

Hi all,

I have;

• Draytek Vigor 2860ac
• Synology DS218j (used as music server+)
  
• Andriod Mobile, with "Smart VPN" installed & configured
• Andriod Mobile with Hi-Fi Cast installed*
• Andriod Mobile with Synology Audiostation.

I can connect to the DS218j with "Hi-Fi cast" & " Audiostation" when my mobile and server are on the same network.

When away from home, I  can connect to mt Music Server with "Synology Audiostation" by using the "Smart VPN" app, however, I CANNOT use  "Hi-Fi cast"

Any suggestions as to why?

Hi,

You may need to disable the 'Network Check' option in Settings and enable the 'Use VPN interface' option in Settings > UPnP/DLNA.
