Track Numbering

I just tecently strated using Hi-Fi Cast, which has so far exceeded my expectations for a flexible UPNP/DLNA player.

I'm streaming music from a Chord Mojo/Poly combo, using a Motorola Moto Z3 Play as the controller.

I've noticed on some albums, not all, that those with more than (9) tracks are often numbered 1., 10., 2., 3., 4. etc.

How are the tracks kept in actual numerical order?

Is this the product of the Metadata stored for each track, or an option that can be set/changed in Hi-Fi Cast?
