I've started noticing something very strange when searching Asset UPnP on my Synology DS923+ via Hi-Fi Cast.

Hi-Fi cast has a universal search function, so if I enter the word "Krypton" (for example) it will tell me, on a single results screen:
  • Albums with the word "Krypton" in the title
  • Artists with the word "Krypton" in the title
  • Songs with the word "Krypton" in the title
Hi-Fi Cast appears to be displaying Albums search results properly.
But in the Artists section, rather than it listing artists with "Krypton" in their title, it's actually listing the same albums again...
And in the Songs section, it's only showing one result for "Kryton", while I know the word appears in at least a dozen tracks!

Yet if I search for a different word, e.g. "Electric" all three sections, Albums looks okayArtists looks okay, and Songs produces a much more accurate set of results, while still not being quite complete.  Other times I'll search for a track that I know exists, but Hi-Fi Cast returns no results at all.

So different search criteria results in different quality results.  But fundimentally there's an issue with categorisation and completeness.

The weird thing is that everything seemed fine until quite recently.  I don't think there's been an update to Hi-Fi Cast has there?  There have been a few updates to Asset (both BETA releases and recently a new official update) but there's no indication on their forum of others experiencing search issues.  I've posted on there today.

Do you know what might be causing it?
