Remote connect to UPnP server via BubbleUPNP server?

Hello,

I realize others must have asked this, yet I could not find an answer on this forum. I want to connect remotely to my music library. I use Minimserver on a NAS and I make it available via BubbleUPNP server (also running on the NAS). The server is remotely accessible (I opened port 58050/58051 for BubbleUPNP server, etc.) and this works fine using the BubbleUPNP app as a control point (even remotely). Now I would like to try out Hi-Fi Cast, since it allows gapless playback to Chromecast Audio. This indeed works fine as well as long as I am at home. However, I have not been able to figure out how to enter a remote UPNP server (IP address + port)?

Many thanks, and apologies if I overlooked this in the settings.

P.S. Some messages on this forum mention the option of connecting to my home network via VPN, but I am not interested in that scenario.

Hi Erik,

Sorry but the app doesn't have the ability to connect to a remote UPnP server.

Thank you for your quick response. Still a great app! Of course, if remote servers could be added to "Music Sources" one day, that would be wonderful.
