Sonos, Synology media server, and HIFI cast

How do I configure HIFI cast to access my media server and play through my Sonos Beam?I am trying to get these three products to work together but I am getting this error (the Sonos Beam is connected to my LG TV):  

Checking media file url

Failed. Incorrect media URL (x-file-cifs://mediaserver/musicfile.mp3) It should start with http://  instead it starts with x-file-cifs://

The app does not see the media server, there is nowhere to add, instead it sees the sonos IP with the songs listed through that.

Hi,

No configuration is necessary. Your media server should automatically appear on the UPNP/DLNA tab of the Music Sources screen. If it doesn't then there is something wrong - perhaps try restarting the media server.
